- Step 1: You place a Yard Sign order on SignOutfitters.com or over the phone with our Customer Service Department.
- Step 2: We receive the order, and it is processed by our Order Entry Department.
- Step 3: The order is sent to the Graphics Department.
- Step 4: Our Graphics Department prepares the artwork, and a proof is emailed to you within 1 business day.

Step 5: Customer Approves Design or:
- Customer may request changes. Our Graphics Department will make the changes, and another proof will be emailed to you.
- Customer approves the design after changes are made.

Step 6: The order is sent to our Production Department for printing.
(Production typically takes 2-3 business days. If your order does not ship within 5 business days after proof approval, you may qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Call our Customer Service Department for details.)
- Step 7: The order is shipped to you via FedEx or UPS. You will receive an email with shipment tracking numbers once the order ships. Most yard sign orders ship from our facility in Wyandotte, Michigan.
